Berios was commissioned to construct seven different food & beverages units, located right within Dubai Airport’s brand new Concourse D. The individual units included a multitude of different spaces ranging from dining and serving, to retail, resting, and multimedia areas. A plethora of different well-known brands were represented including CNN, Caviar House & Prunier, Shawarmanji, Butlers Chocolate, Brioche Dorée, Camden Food Co, and Yo Sushi. Each and every one of these high-end projects differed in terms of style, design, construction methodology, and finishes. Several of the materials that were used were state-of-the-art and had to be handcrafted in detail and combined harmoniously in a challenging environment. Intricate signage, 3D mosaics, curvilinear panels, complex electro- mechanical installations, and intricate metal, marble and onyx works.
