Al Owais Residence

This high-rise residential tower, located in Dubai, features, among several other spaces, an impressive two-story entrance lobby that was designed by Berios in order to upgrade the property’s stature. The design consists of a reception lobby, a lift lobby as well as the entirety of the common spaces on residential floors. Glossy, reflective, and dark-colored marble is combined with grey and white tones to create an awe-inspiring foyer. When residents and visitors enter the building, they are greeted with a fresh but welcoming atmosphere, as simultaneously they face a backdrop of a small yet lively courtyard appearing behind the reception counter. This same feeling continues to the rest of the floor spaces, through the use of natural tones and shapes that mimic tree branches. Special wall panels are strategically placed in the side of the lift lobby to create the illusion of an external garden, that is then reflected to the surrounding walls and floor.
