Sky Water Building

Designed in the initial phase by N. Ganouris and later by Georgia Abatzoglou, this luxurious apartment building in Nea Filothei (Athens) is characterized by earthy colors and a combination of both modern and traditional construction materials such as stainless steel, glass, wood, and marble. The interior of the apartments features minimal design, that is dominated by stunning oak wood and white marble. A hallmark of this building that sets it apart from the rest of the properties in the area, is the ample outdoor pool located on the open roof of the building, enjoying a stunning view of the city and the surrounding mountains.
