Afidnes Race Track

Located in the area of Afidnes in east Attica, just a few of kilometers north of Athens, this race track was one of the first transportation-related projects undertaken by Nikolaos Berios for both the design and construction process. Being the first track in the nation to satisfy all European and International specifications, it became the home of the National Go Kart Championship, and was featured several times in 4Wheels Magazine. The track was designed to be used as a race track for both race cars and go-karts, as well as a traffic education center and action park. At the time of its completion the race track was considered the best in the Balkans and one of the best in Europe.
