Dubai Opera

Located in the district that was named after it, Dubai Opera is one of the most stunning attractions of downtown Dubai and a masterpiece of contemporary design. This two-thousand-seat, multi-format art center was designed by Janus Rostock of Atkins to resemble a dhow (traditional ship) as a tribute to UAE’s maritime history. Berios had the privilege of participating, with CCIC as the main contractor, in the construction of this iconic structure by working on several of the building’s state-of-the-art flooring systems and wall coverings. The important status of the building along with its high-end specifications resulted in a project that was as challenging as it was satisfying to successfully complete.
